The kickass true story of Sue Carpenter, a restless magazine editor turned radio pirate. In 1995, Sue poured every penny she had into creating an illegal radio station, KBLT, in her closet, which transformed her apartment into the secret heartbeat of the Silver Lake music scene.

Part memoir and part playable theatre, this experiential live documentary puts you into Sue's DJ booth as you run the station, play music, share you voice, and attempt to avoid legal and financial ruin at the hands of the FCC.

OBJECTIVITY | 2020
CO-CREATOR/ DIRECTOR

A live interactive event in the form of a fictional seminar led by a fictional expert in the very real subject of decluttering.

Tidying expert Mary Del Campo believes our possessions have a story to tell and with her guidance, we explore minimalism, nostalgia, and the meaning of the objects that surround us. When our world feels unstable, what do we choose to hold onto?

Objectivity was commissioned by Warehouse Theatre in Greenville, SC as a part of their 2020-2021 season.

THE BUILDER AND THE DOVE | 2019
CO-CREATOR/ DIRECTOR

Puzzles, play and puppetry come together in a wordless interactive adventure created for Noah's Ark at the Skirball Cultural Center.

The Builder and the Dove incorporates teamwork, silent clowning, physical puzzles and a very adorable dove named Olive - set in the awe-inspiring center of a world-class interactive children’s museum exhibit.

Together we weather the storm in this retelling of a classic flood story for all ages.

ESCAPE FROM GODOT | 2018
CO-CREATOR/ DIRECTOR

You are invited to a play. But it’s THAT play. You know, the one they call “important,” “the quintessence of existentialism,” and “a meaningless trudge between the cradle and the grave.” You promised your friend you’d be there. Enter the theater and find your seat. You have 60 minutes to escape.

The show is the game and the game is the show. Escape room antics meet iconic existentialism in this interactive, theatrical performance puzzle.

PLAYDATE! | 2017
CREATOR/ DIRECTOR

LA's best improv comedians, who just happen to be brand-new parents, hit the stage in the ultimate work/life balancing act as they perform an entire show with their babies. PLAYDATE invents brand new bedtime stories, lullabies and even a Shakespearian play, all made up on the spot, inspired by the audience, and infused with extra-cute chaos by real live babies.

A comedy show for humans of all ages to benefit Planned Parenthood.

Ggrog & Mmog | 2013
DIRECTOR

Meet Ggrog and Mmog, a pair of best friends / time-traveling cavemen. In the grand tradition of Saturday morning adventure shows such as Land of the Lost, and time-travel classics like Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure, each performance of this live, comedy show finds Ggrog and Mmog traveling through time, learning lessons about friendship and, naturally, altering the course of human history itself.

Incorporating historical facts along with inspirational silliness from the audience, Ggrog & Mmog is  completely improvised, totally timeless and historically hilarious.

Untitled Kip Williams Project | 2010
CO-CREATOR/ DIRECTOR

“Everybody remembers Kip Williams, the beloved British heartthrob! Well - he’s back and ready to save the local orphanage with the power of song and dance!”

Desperate TV writers Andy & Scott are laying it all on the line to impress you, “the most powerful TV executives that 1988 has ever seen. “  Their latest pitch has it all. Heart, laughs, razzle-dazzle and roller skates. And orphans. So many orphans. Can these Hollywood long-shots get you to green-light their feel-good masterpiece? Or will they quit the biz forever?
